Hello, if you've not already guessed it my name's Ash Edmondson and I'm a freelance web designer and front-end developer working between Nottingham, Derby and Lincolnshire. I've been working in the web design industry for over 14+ years and I've built websites for a wide range clients. I have extensive experience working within an agency setting as well as working as part of an in-house development team.

Over the years I've been featured on various sites and publications, including Web Designer Magazine, and I enjoy sharing my thoughts and experience about the fast-passed and ever changing web design industry.

Every website I build is hand-designed and developed with attention and love to ensure a careful balance between functionality and aesthetics is achieved. I like to work in a very open and collaborative way to ensure your company's brand identity is reflected in the best possible way.

In my spare time you can find me roaming the wilderness with my sidekick and trusty camera, either that or I'm sat infront of the TV bing-watching the latest Netflix series with my wife.

History

After graduating from the University of Lincoln with a 2:1 in Web Technology and Computer Programming, I immediately entered the world of digital marketing and started my career in web design as a Junior Web Designer for a national web design agency. Since then, I've gained ample experience and occupied many roles including Freelance Web Designer, Senior Web Designer and Creative Director.

Locations

For the first 18 years of my life I grew up in the small seaside town of Cleethorpes (next door to Grimsby), I then moved to Lincoln to study Web Technology and Computer Programming. After graduating I landed my first professional web design role, packed my bags and moved to the city of Nottingham with my then girlfriend (now wife) where we live happily ever after.
